Privacy Policy & End User License Agreement (EULA)

⚠️ Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abuse

Revv operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using the app, you agree that you will not post content that is offensive, defamatory, highly violent, pornographic, promoting hate speech, or violating laws. Objectionable content will be removed immediately upon detection, and user accounts responsible may be suspended or permanently terminated without warning.

1. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Users are solely responsible for the media, texts, descriptions, and materials they generate, post, or share on the Revv platform. We actively monitor the platform and use automated filters and human review to ensure community safety.

2. Content Moderation & Reporting Mechanism

If you encounter any objectionable or abusive content, you can report it directly within the app:

Report a Post: Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any post card and select "Report".
Report a User: Go to the user's profile, tap the options menu, and select "Report User".

Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Content violating our terms is removed instantly, and the offending user will be suspended or permanently banned.

3. User Blocking System

Users have full power to filter their experience by blocking abusive accounts:

Block a User: Visit their profile, tap the options menu (⋯), and select "Block User".

Once blocked, that user's content is immediately removed from your feed and they will no longer be able to view your posts, send messages, or interact with you. Our backend is also automatically alerted of this blocking action for moderation review.

4. Data Collection & Privacy Practices

We respect your privacy and only collect the minimal personal data required to provide our service (such as email and profile information). All transmitted data is encrypted and securely stored. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertising companies.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms (Guideline 3.1.2)

Revv offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium tools (such as Revv Pro or Revv Dealer):

Pricing & Frequencies: Revv Pro is priced at $4.99/month. Revv Dealer is priced at $49.99/month. Pricing may vary depending on currency and regional taxes.
Payment & Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Restoring Purchases: If you change devices or need to reactivate your subscription, you can tap the "Restore Purchases" link inside the Subscription screen in the app.

6. Standard EULA Agreement

This application is subject to the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). By installing and accessing Revv, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in the standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions: Apple Standard EULA.
